About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder manually folds customer product or uses an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery. The role also involves maintaining a clean work area and meeting or exceeding quantity and quality standards. This is a regular, full-time, first-shift position in Production Hourly.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• May be required to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a folding station.
• Attention to detail, work ethic and effort, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration, and commitment to safety are expected.

Responsibilities
