About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The role involves folding customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded product, and preparing bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery. Product Folders are expected to keep their work area clean. The position uses performance-based incentive pay: employees must meet or exceed folding production standards, and additional hourly compensation is tied to exceeding those standards. The role is regular, full-time work on the first shift in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a station for folding.
• Attention to detail, a strong work ethic and effort, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration, and commitment to safety rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments, linen, or bulk products manually or using an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded product.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed established production standards for folding garments.
• Adhere to the attendance policy and safety rules and guidelines.
