About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder manually folds customer product or uses an industrial garment folding machine, counts the folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. The position also requires maintaining a clean work area.

Pay is hourly and includes a performance-based incentive structure. The employee must meet or exceed the production standard for folding garments; additional compensation, up to $3.00 per hour, is available for meeting or exceeding established production standards.

The job is in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly. It requires standing for most of the shift and repetitive movements. The employee may need to push carts or bins containing bulk or linen products to the folding station. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. The full selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
