About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer products manually or with an industrial garment-folding machine, counts folded products, and prepares bundles of clean, folded products for customer delivery. Product Folders are expected to keep their work area clean. The position uses performance-based incentive pay: employees must meet or exceed folding production standards, and additional hourly compensation is tied to exceeding those standards.

The role requires working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment and in safe proximity to others for extended periods. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old. The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
