Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder manually folds customer products or uses an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded products, and prepares bundles of clean, folded products for customer delivery. Product Folders are expected to maintain a clean work area. The position uses performance-based incentive pay. Employees must meet or exceed production standards for folding garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards. The role is full-time, regular employment on the first shift. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must adhere to the attendance policy.
- Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- May need to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen products to a station for folding.
- Attention to detail, strong work ethic and dependability, cooperative interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to following safety rules and guidelines.
