About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder manually folds customer product or uses an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. The role also includes maintaining a clean work area and meeting or exceeding quantity and quality standards. This is a temporary, full-time position on the swing shift.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to perform work activities.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a folding station.
• Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, dependability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety are expected.
