Requirements

Responsibilities

Process wares, softlines, or bin using current organization pricing guidelines.
Ability to make decisions quickly.
Ensure donated goods are processed correctly between saleable, e-comm, trash, and salvage using the One Touch System.
Meet minimum processing standards for quantity of saleable items (Wares: 63 per hour, Softlines: 50 per hour, Bin: 1 rack per 1.5 hours).
Meet minimum standards for quality of saleable items processed (Less than 10% of items are pulled during a quality audit).
Preserve the value of donated goods.
Work with clients and employees in a respectful and professional manner.
Follow all safety policies and guidelines.
Keep work area neat and organized.
Complete assigned training.
