About The Position

The Production Associate, Corrugator is responsible for safely and efficiently performing tasks related to the Consumables Department at Pall Corporation. The role involves setting up and operating equipment to produce components, subassemblies, and final assemblies, as well as maintaining production records and collecting data for Engineering. The position is based onsite in the Consumables department in DeLand, Florida, and reports to the Production Supervisor. The listed schedule is 1st shift, 4:50 a.m. to 3:20 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

Requirements

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
At least two years of production or manufacturing experience.
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hours.
Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating corrugating or pleating equipment.
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, or schematics.
Experience using scorecards or other process-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies according to blueprints and work instructions.
Work under the direction of supervisors or more experienced personnel, with little supervision.
Maintain accurate records and logs, and collect data for Engineering.
Perform Consumables Department tasks safely and efficiently.
