About The Position

The Production Associate accurately performs assigned and trained production tasks by completing work orders efficiently and in a timely manner. The role supports products intended for customers’ healthcare needs and contributes to safety, quality, and service metrics. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The advertised salary range is $18.00 to $18.50 per hour; actual pay may vary based on factors including experience, specialization, education, and company requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Basic mechanical skills and experience using hand tools.
• Basic computer skills, including use of a PC, labeling software, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and RF scanners.
• SAP or Warehouse Management System experience.
• Experience using material-handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.

Responsibilities

• Complete production reworks, repackaging, and associated actions as instructed.
• Relabel and rebox products to be returned to stock.
• Process work-order information in the SAP system.
• Help maintain production supplies and equipment, including tools, boxes, bags, and tape.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Operate lifts and forklifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
