About The Position

The Production Associate accurately performs assigned and trained production tasks by completing work orders efficiently and on time. The work supports the production of medical products and contributes to safety, quality, and service goals. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and pays $18.00 to $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Basic mechanical skills and experience using hand tools.
• Basic computer skills, including use of a PC, labeling software, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and RF scanners.
• Experience with SAP or a Warehouse Management System.
• Experience using material-handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, reach above the shoulders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete production rework, repackaging, and related actions as instructed.
• Relabel and rebox products being returned to stock.
• Process production work orders and associated information in SAP.
• Help maintain production supplies and equipment, including tools, boxes, bags, and tape.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Operate lifts and forklifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
