About The Position
Drive Medical is hiring a first-shift Forklift Operator/Order Picker to handle medical equipment, including products such as canes, wheelchairs, and in-home hospital beds. The role involves operating a stand-up reach truck, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack, and supporting safety, quality, and service metrics. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The listed starting pay is $19.85 per hour; the posted salary range is $19.50 to $20.35 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, specialization, education, and company requirements.
Requirements
- Forklift experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload medical equipment.
- Perform shipping and receiving activities.
- Pick orders.
- Stage equipment.
- Scan items.
- Operate a stand-up reach truck, cherry picker, and electric pallet jack.
- Support team performance in safety, quality, and service.
