About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division by performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding products, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and performing other production jobs classified at level three or below. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily as the position fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.

The role requires following attendance and safety policies and working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including tasks classified at level three or below.
• Hang or sort garments, bag or fold products, roll mats, and clean the work area as needed.
• Fill in for employees during vacations and absences, with work areas and responsibilities potentially changing daily.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
• Follow attendance and safety policies.
