Production Associate - Utility III - 3rd Shift
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division by performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Duties may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and performing other production jobs classified at level three or below as needed. The work area and responsibilities may change daily because this position fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to keep their work areas clean and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.
Requirements
- Be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Adhere to the attendance policy.
- Be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
- Be able to stand for most of a shift.
- Be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
- Be able to perform physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.
- Demonstrate work ethic and effort, interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration, commitment to safety, adaptability, integrity and honesty, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
- Hang or sort garments, bag or fold product, and roll mats as needed.
- Clean the work area and perform other production jobs classified at level three or below.
- Fill in for employee vacations and absences, adapting to changing work areas and responsibilities.
- Maintain work-area cleanliness and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.
