About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division by performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding products, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and performing other production jobs classified at level three or below. The work area and responsibilities may change daily because the position fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.

The role requires adherence to attendance and safety expectations, working near other people for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. The full selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including work classified at level three or below.
• Hang or sort garments, bag or fold products, roll mats, and clean the work area as needed.
• Fill in for employees on vacation or absent, with work areas and responsibilities that may change daily.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.
