About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. The position performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and performing other production jobs classified at level three or below. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily because the associate fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of work.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be able to stand for most of a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Hang or sort garments, bag or fold product, roll mats, clean the work area, and perform other production jobs classified at level three or below as needed.
• Fill in for other employees’ vacations and absences, adapting to changing work areas and responsibilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed quantity and quality standards for work.
