About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. The role performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding products, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and performing other production jobs classified at level three or below as needed. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily, as the associate fills in for employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be able to stand for most of a shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• Must be able to perform physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.
• Expected to demonstrate a strong work ethic, dependability, and an ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Expected to demonstrate cooperative interpersonal skills, teamwork, adaptability, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Expected to comply with safety rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Hang or sort garments, bag or fold products, roll mats, clean the work area, and perform other production work classified at level three or below as needed.
• Fill in for employees on vacation or absent, potentially changing work areas and responsibilities from day to day.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
