About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Production and Inventory Coordinator (Expedite-Stores) to join their team in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves processing and moving production and other materials into and out of storage, production, and other locations, following standard work instructions. The coordinator will monitor work in process, communicate the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure parts availability. They will also identify and solve problems or discrepancies of limited scope with parts and materials using established procedures or processes, and coordinate with various functions to set priorities, expedite, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays. This position works under general supervision and is expected to be 100% onsite in San Antonio, Texas.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and shipping processes
• 1+ years of experience with inventory, stock, or supply chain management
• 1+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products)
• Ability to lift up to 35-40 pounds repeatedly throughout a shift
• Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
• Currently have or are able to obtain forklift license

Nice To Haves

• 1+ Years experience in supply chain concepts and best-practices
• Previous forklift experience
• High School diploma/GED
