About The Position

As a senior Product Yield technologist at Intel Foundry, you will develop, validate, and optimize solutions for semiconductor manufacturing. You will oversee methodologies that ensure product yield meets or exceeds industry standards, contributing to high-quality products and Intel's technology leadership. The role sits at the intersection of product design, test, and process, and supports Intel Foundry's goals of manufacturing excellence, innovation, and semiconductor leadership.

Requirements

Experience in the advanced-node semiconductor industry in semiconductor yield or product engineering.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing complex projects and ensuring delivery within deadlines.
Passion for innovation and continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
Proven ability to lead initiatives that drive impactful business outcomes.
Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, VLSI design, or physics.
Ph.D. with 7+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 12+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

Provide navigation and leadership to meet Intel's product roadmap.
Formulate yield problems mathematically, identify solutions, and remove technical and non-technical barriers by influencing stakeholders.
Develop and implement product validation plans to ensure high performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing challenges.
Analyze and interpret test results to drive product improvements and optimize design methodologies.
Contribute to innovative manufacturing-process solutions that enhance efficiency and product quality.
Monitor and assess emerging trends and technologies and integrate state-of-the-art capabilities into product development processes.
