About The Position

The Product Specialist will provide world-class customer experiences via phone, email, chat, and online orders, utilizing product and insurance resources to answer questions about products, services, pricing, and availability. They will also advise customers on shipping and order status. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • General computer knowledge and ability to type 35 wpm
  • Unrelenting commitment to success

Nice To Haves

  • Related experience in customer service preferred
  • Home medical equipment or supplies, wellness and/or healthcare experience a plus
  • Bi-lingual a plus
