In doing so, we help to make the world a better place. We are seeking a new team player to fill our Product Sample Coordinator position available at our La Vergne TN manufacturing facility. This is an ON SITE position for 1st shift with working hours of 8:00am- 5:00pm Position Summary This position is responsible for the full path of the sample from order to creation, to shipment Essential Functions Will work as a liaison between Sales, Product Development and Production to ensure that samples are processed timely and meet customer specification. Will receive sample request from sales, must ensure that it is complete and verify information given Once received, will work with Production to have the sample scheduled through the plant with minimal production interruption. Will “follow” the sample through the plant, making sure all quality measures are in place. Once the product is made, packaging would be approved, and sample will be sent to the location selected by Sales. Product Sample Coordinator will make sure Sales is aware of where the sample is always at in process. Ensures that records are kept all of requests as well as results of each Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with SAP system
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work cross functionally
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• 4-year degree preferred, not required
