About The Position

At Tribe Wellness, we are a movement dedicated to transforming wellness brands into revenue-generating machines by fostering strong customer relationships. We are seeking a Sales Specialist, referred to internally as a Protocol Review Specialist, to help pets live longer, healthier lives through effective supplements. This role is crucial for guiding pet owners, ensuring they can utilize products effectively and confidently, thereby supporting our mission of improving pet health and owner satisfaction.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and excelling in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment required for frequent phone and video calls.
• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
• Sufficient dedicated internet speed to support calls and video without issues (Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%).

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for a pet client company.
• Work with potential customers to transform them into brand loyalists.
• Collaborate with leaders and utilize training resources to master selling techniques and represent Tribe's ethos.
• Operate with no cap on commission, offering limitless earning potential.
• Work from home in a global remote environment using provided communication tools and platforms.
