Powerflex Supply•San Antonio, TX

About The Position

PowerFlex Fence is hiring a hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, launches, and sales enablement across four product lines: PowerFlex, EverGraze, Range Ward, and RanchFlow. The role reports to the VP of Sales and Marketing and is based onsite in San Antonio, Texas. The manager will distinguish the premium PowerFlex line from the premium-economy EverGraze line, integrate Range Ward and RanchFlow into the PowerFlex family, and lead messaging and go-to-market execution across the portfolio. The role combines strategy with direct execution, including writing product copy, creating launch plans, developing dealer materials, and presenting to dealers. The first major assignment is the 2027 house-brand roadmap, including the RanchFlow virtual fence, expanded PowerFlex premium and EverGraze premium-economy lines, and products such as the PowerFlex Premium Alternate Power Reel. The company expects daily use of LLMs and the development of lightweight, reusable AI tools and workflows for the marketing and sales teams. The manager will oversee product content for powerflexfence.com and marketplace channels, develop educational content for ranchers, support dealer and sales enablement in the United States and Canada, and use customer conversations, competitive research, and sales data to inform decisions. Travel to dealers, trade shows, and ranches is expected at approximately 20–25%.

  • Strong copywriting skills, including the ability to write specification tables, product detail pages, and dealer sell sheets in clear, trustworthy language.
  • Comfort using data such as pricing analysis, conversion metrics, and sell-through to make and defend decisions.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical products and concepts, such as energizer joules, conductor resistance, and water flow rates.
  • Demonstrated hands-on daily use of LLMs, with specific examples of workflows, tools, or automations built to improve speed or results.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–25%.
