Triple Whale
•$115,000 - $125,000•Remote

About The Position

Triple Whale is seeking a creative product marketer to lead go-to-market launches and support product marketing for its platform team. The role combines content creation with launch management, including coordinating weekly product drops and larger monthly launches. The successful candidate will create content across formats to build awareness and encourage customers to try products, using an AI-first approach to move quickly from idea to execution. The platform team focuses on technology including data, infrastructure, and UI components. The Product Marketing Manager will translate platform work into clear positioning, messaging, and customer communications that explain what is changing, why it matters, and how customers benefit. Success means establishing a consistent launch rhythm, with creative weekly drops and coordinated monthly launches; reducing the time product marketers spend chasing deliverables; helping customers understand platform changes and how to use them; and using launch results to inform future work.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, launch marketing, integrated campaigns, or a related role.
  • Experience taking launches from idea through execution and understanding what drove results and what could be improved.
  • Strong creative instincts and confidence creating content across written copy, short-form video, product demos, and visual storytelling.
  • An AI-first mindset, with active use of AI for research, ideation, content production, and repeatable workflows, while applying judgment to accuracy and quality.
  • Product marketing fundamentals, including customer research, positioning, and translating features into benefits.
  • Comfort learning software and demonstrating it through recorded or on-camera content.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills, including managing overlapping timelines, resolving blockers, and driving accountability without unnecessary process.
  • Good judgment about campaign scope and measurement, including distinguishing attention from adoption.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building recurring content series, product drops, or creator collaborations that give audiences a reason to return.
  • Experience marketing to e-commerce operators or working within the tools and communities they use.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, consumer software, or D2C or e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities

  • Own the launch calendar and execution, coordinating weekly drops and monthly launches with clear timelines, owners, and deliverables.
  • Keep teams aligned on product readiness and messaging while reducing coordination work for other product marketers.
  • Develop the creative approach for a recurring weekly drop program and keep its formats fresh, featuring new capabilities, useful improvements, and existing features customers may not know about.
  • Partner with product marketers to shape launch stories around the audience, customer benefit, and desired action.
  • Create launch content, including copy, recorded demos, videos, carousels, and simple visual assets.
  • Make social and creators central to launches by collaborating on product reveals, walkthroughs, and other shareable formats.
  • Coordinate launch activity with Growth, Lifecycle, and other channel owners across social, email, in-app messages, and supporting channels.
  • Define success measures for each launch, assess reach, engagement, activation, and adoption, and use debriefs and audience feedback to improve future launches.
  • Lead product marketing for the platform team and partner with Product on the roadmap and marketing priorities.
  • Translate technical and behind-the-scenes improvements into clear customer value, positioning, and messaging.
  • Conduct research, gather feedback from Sales and Customer Success, and assess competing approaches to inform product decisions and messaging.
  • Partner with Lifecycle and Customer Success on customer communications and education.
  • Equip customer-facing teams with demos, talk tracks, and FAQs, and track adoption and feedback with Product.

  • 401(k) with a company match of up to 3%.
  • 30 days of paid time off accrued monthly after the first 30 days of employment.
