About The Position

This is a hands-on leadership position that connects work across teams into a coherent product, makes scope and investment decisions, and stays close to product details and customer experience. The role establishes platform direction, defines requirements and success measures, aligns teams on shared capabilities and rollouts, and hires and develops product managers. The role is full-time. For San Francisco and New York locations, the stated base salary range is £134,000–£200,000 GBP. Eligible roles may include equity and benefits such as comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, generous PTO, and potentially a commuter stipend.
