About The Position

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. This role owns everything that connects Qualified to the customer's existing systems, including the Salesforce integration, marketing and sales tools, APIs, and the Model Context Protocol server. It also manages the engine that pushes data back out and keeps it current, meeting booking, and the identity and access layer. The role requires managing the active roadmap in specific areas while maintaining existing functionalities.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in product management, with experience owning a platform or integrations surface in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with third-party integrations, including building and maintaining connectors to external systems.
  • Experience working around integration quirks and keeping data synchronized when source schemas change.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce is highly valued.
  • A strong technical foundation, capable of discussing API design, sync semantics, and authentication with engineers.
  • A coding or implementation background is a plus.
  • Ability to manage a broad surface area without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Discipline in prioritizing attention and leaving working systems undisturbed.
  • Ability to articulate and advocate for a platform vision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience building a public API product or a Model Context Protocol server.
  • Experience with enterprise identity and access management, such as single sign-on and user provisioning.
  • Experience with calendar, scheduling, or real-time booking systems.
  • Experience using AI in personal work and understanding its impact.

  • Own Qualified Meetings: the booker, calendar syncs, routing, and queues.
  • Own identity and access: Provisioning, single sign-on, and the controls enterprise security teams check before they buy.
