About The Position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Platform owns positioning for the Chainalysis platform as a whole and develops lifecycle campaigns and programs that drive customer adoption, usage, and expansion. They bring strong positioning, lifecycle-program design, writing, and cross-functional leadership skills. Chainalysis expects employees to build AI fluency, take ownership of AI-assisted work quality, experiment with provided tools and workflows, and collaborate to improve how work gets done.

  • Ability to develop positioning that changes how customers and sellers understand a problem and connects multiple capabilities into one value story.
  • Experience designing lifecycle campaigns or expansion programs and owning their messaging and mechanics.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, including the ability to create concise headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging.
  • Ability to distinguish precise communication from jargon.

  • Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
  • Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.

  • Build messaging that enables go-to-market teams to communicate the platform story consistently.
  • Own competitive positioning by framing the category and translating market developments into actionable guidance for deal teams.

  • Lead go-to-market planning for launches spanning the portfolio, working with segment leads on value propositions for each audience.
  • Produce strategic sales content, including first-call decks, value maps, discovery frameworks, ROI stories, objection handling, and sales plays.
  • Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM, and Enablement teams to turn strong narratives into accessible, practical field tools.
  • Use churn, win-loss, field feedback, and competitive signals to improve positioning, and measure indicators of business health rather than activity alone.
  • Develop AI capabilities, experiment with available tools and workflows, take ownership of output quality, and collaborate across teams to improve how work gets done.
