Product Marketing Manager, Growth

Arca•New York, NY
•$150,000 - $200,000

About The Position

Arca is hiring its first Product Marketing Manager to help deepen its understanding of clients, communicate its wealth-management offering, and build a resonant brand. This individual-contributor role is on the Growth Marketing team and focuses on translating customer insight into segmentation, positioning, and messaging across the prospect and client journey. The role covers core product marketing—including segmentation, personas, positioning, competitive context, advisor enablement, and launches—as well as customer marketing programs that turn client experiences into stories, testimonials, reviews, and referrals. The manager reports to the Head of Growth and works closely with advisors, product and engineering teams, design, and compliance. Arca is a wealth-management firm built around AI. Its platform supports advisors by taking on lower-leverage work, helping them provide more personalized, attentive service. The company is based in New York City, has raised $64 million in Series A funding, and describes its team as small and engineering-heavy. Most of the team works fully in-office. Arca prefers candidates based in New York City but will consider remote candidates in the United States; remote team members, including the role’s direct manager, spend about one week per month onsite.

  • Measure messaging and programs by their impact on qualified prospects and new clients, rather than opens and clicks.
  • Bring the client’s perspective into product decisions.
  • Lead go-to-market work for client-facing product launches.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across the website, paid media, email, direct mail, and advisor materials.
  • Work with compliance on positioning, testimonials, and referrals, beginning at the brief stage.
