Product Marketing Manager, USA

Tsuga•New York, NY

About The Position

Tsuga is hiring its first Product Marketing Manager to join its marketing team, working with Regional Marketing Managers in the US and EMEA and the central marketing team. The role partners closely with product, sales, and Forward Deployed Engineers to shape Tsuga’s positioning, sales approach, and product launches. The position will translate Tsuga’s Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) model—which helps companies manage observability costs while meeting the demands of AI-driven observability—into messaging that resonates with both engineers and executive buyers. It is a hands-on role measured on revenue, with win rates, deal velocity, and pipeline quality serving as leading indicators. The role is based on the US East Coast, with a preference for New York, and employment will be through an Employer of Record (EOR). Regular travel is expected. Tsuga describes its working environment as fast-moving and pragmatic, with ownership, quick feedback, problem-solving, building from scratch, customer focus, and thoughtful use of AI. The whole company meets quarterly at its office in France. Perks include competitive base pay plus variable compensation, meaningful equity, an employee referral bonus equivalent to €5,000, and quarterly team offsites in France. Additional benefits vary by country and are shared during the interview process.

  • Strong understanding of technical buyers, from engineers to CTOs, and enterprise buying decisions.

  • Willingness to travel regularly.

  • Develop early customers into references, case studies, and proof points for enterprise buyers.
  • Partner with Regional Marketing Managers to turn messaging into pipeline-generating campaigns and events.
  • Use AI tools to work efficiently and engage agencies where they add value.
