About The Position

Conduit is an AI agent platform built for hospitality businesses, including hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts. The Product Marketing Manager helps operators understand the value of newly shipped product features and owns launches, positioning, sales materials, and product content across channels. The role works directly with product and engineering, including seeing features before launch, and translates technical capabilities into clear, practical language for hospitality operators. The position reports to the Head of Marketing; until that role is filled, it reports to Punn, Conduit's CTO and co-founder. The role involves turning weekly product releases into announcements, demos, and release notes; developing positioning and messaging for different customer segments and products; creating sales enablement materials; developing customer case studies from sales and support conversations; producing shareable product content for social and other channels; and keeping competitor information current. The work is hands-on and uses AI tools to support frequent content production and launches. This is an onsite position in San Francisco. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Conduit generally does not sponsor visas. Compensation is a base salary of $130,000 to $175,000, plus 0.03% to 0.10% equity. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) match, and dinner covered every day.
