We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to collaborate with our Director of Product Marketing during a period of rapid growth. This role offers significant impact on the company's trajectory and involves hands-on execution with real ownership. As an AI-native company, fluency in using AI tools for daily work, building workflows, integrations, and automations to scale output, and maintaining current systems is expected.

  • Experience owning launch execution, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and delivering the right message to the right audience.
  • Experience building or contributing to sales enablement programs.
  • Comfortable presenting and facilitating in front of a sales team.
  • AI fluent: daily use of AI tools to enhance work quality and speed; ability to build lightweight workflows, integrations, and automations.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered products or platforms.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup with an evolving GTM function.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of product launches, including coordinating timelines, drafting launch messaging, and ensuring stakeholder awareness of product shipments and communication strategies.
  • Build scalable launch infrastructure, such as templates, processes, and systems, to refine rather than rebuild for each release.
  • Translate sprint releases and product updates into clear internal communications enabling sales representatives to confidently discuss new capabilities.
  • Own and maintain launch assets, including FAQs, one-pagers, product narratives, and positioning guides, utilizing AI tools to keep them current with product evolution.
  • Partner with the Product team on crafting compelling messaging and with the content marketer on campaign content.
  • Design and implement evergreen enablement programs, including onboarding/ever-boarding and ongoing skill development, facilitating them with authority and presence.
  • Build and maintain the competitive intelligence system, including competitive positioning guides, objection handling frameworks, and battlecards that highlight winning strategies.
  • Own the new hire onboarding curriculum end-to-end to ensure rapid and confident ramp-up.
  • Manage the Aligned platform (in partnership with the content marketer) for regular internal communication to keep the GTM team informed about updates and sales strategies.
  • Build lightweight AI workflows and automations to scale output and surface relevant content at the right time, reducing reliance on manually updated documents.
