Product Marketing Lead

Bizzabo•Washington, DC
•$100,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Bizzabo is hiring a Product Marketing Lead to shape how its Event Experience Operating System is understood by buyers, sales teams, analysts, and internal AI agents. The role owns positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, sales enablement, and analyst relations across the platform, including agentic capabilities for organizers, attendees, and sponsors. The position works across Product, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing and reports directly to the Co-founder and CMO. It is a hands-on builder role with partners in Brand, Demand Generation, and Enablement. The role also maintains the messaging, product, and competitive knowledge used by the company’s Claude Skills and applies AI to automate go-to-market workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers, including experience as the lead or sole product marketer.
  • An AI-native approach to work, with experience using AI agents—ideally Claude—to automate real go-to-market workflows and examples of what was built.
  • Track record of positioning complex platforms for business and technical buyers and winning against an entrenched incumbent.
  • Strong sales enablement skills, including creating field-used narratives and assets and checking their adoption.
  • Hands-on analyst relations experience, ideally including a Forrester Wave or Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluation.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to make complex topics clear without making them generic.
  • Ability to set priorities, work independently, and deliver in a lean team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Skills, or similar agentic tools in day-to-day work.
  • Experience in event technology, martech, or another platform sold to marketing teams.
  • Experience marketing agentic or AI-first products to enterprise buyers.
  • Experience with a three-sided value story involving organizers, attendees, and sponsors.
  • Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong, and comfort pulling data from them.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for the Event Experience OS and communicate clear, provable value for enterprise event leaders.
  • Keep the product story consistent across channels and throughout the sales process.
  • Partner with Product on product direction and own end-to-end go-to-market launches, including narrative, pricing and packaging input, launch plans, field readiness, and customer communication.
  • Own competitive intelligence on legacy event management platforms and newer point solutions; create battlecards, landmine questions, and objection handling, and conduct win/loss analysis.
  • Build sales enablement materials, including pitch narratives, demo storylines, one-pagers, and RFP content; partner with Sales and Solutions leadership to train the team.
  • Lead analyst relations, including Forrester and Gartner relationships, evaluation submissions, and briefings.
  • Manage the company’s presence on peer review sites including G2, TrustRadius, Capterra, and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Work with Account Management to develop case studies, reference programs, and metrics that substantiate product claims.
  • Drive adoption of product releases among existing customers through release communications, programs, and executive business review content.
  • Maintain current messaging, product, and competitive knowledge that powers Claude Skills used by internal teams.
  • Use AI to automate go-to-market workflows.
