About The Position

Félix is building a financial companion for Latinos in the US, combining a conversational-first interface with real-time financial infrastructure. Its wallet is an account and debit card within WhatsApp, built on stablecoin infrastructure. The Product Manager for Wallet Experience owns the user experience across the wallet dashboard, WhatsApp conversational flows, and the connected account, card, and rewards experience. This role leads a product pod and collaborates closely with company leadership, engineering, design, fraud, compliance, and operations to make complex financial technology feel simple and intuitive.

Requirements

At least 6 years of product management experience, or adjacent experience as a hands-on builder, with ownership and comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
A track record of simplifying complex products into clear, intuitive experiences; fintech, digital wallets, neobanks, or consumer financial products are especially relevant.
Experience owning acquisition, activation, or retention funnels and core metrics such as NPS, retention, and conversion, with concrete examples of product changes that improved results.
Hands-on experience conducting user research and a strong point of view on experience quality.
Exceptional ability to align and coordinate multidisciplinary teams toward a shared outcome.
Technical and analytical fluency, including understanding APIs, data flows, and architecture; ability to collaborate with engineers and run simple SQL queries to inform decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Equivalent competencies may be considered in place of the listed requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience with digital wallets, crypto or blockchain, smart contracts, or card issuing and processing.
Hands-on experience building conversational, chat-based, or messaging-first consumer products, such as WhatsApp.
Experience designing complex onboarding or multi-surface journeys in consumer fintech.

Responsibilities

Define and ship the wallet dashboard, WhatsApp conversational flows, and the journeys between them, creating a unified experience for the account, card, and rewards.
Simplify stablecoin-backed, non-custodial infrastructure into an intuitive experience, deciding how each state of users’ money is presented.
Design the user experience for adding and withdrawing money, from onboarding through confirmation, in partnership with the Technical Product Manager responsible for the underlying rails.
Set the pod’s roadmap, strategy, and priorities, working with engineering and design to deliver effectively.
Speak with users weekly, conduct research, and use insights from support and operations to inform product decisions.
Develop hypotheses, run experiments across WhatsApp and the dashboard, measure outcomes, and ship effective changes.
Identify and drive opportunities across operations, compliance, marketing, and other Félix products, including work outside the product manager’s direct area.
Coordinate leadership, engineering, fraud, compliance, operations, and marketing to make progress without relying on formal authority.
