About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on, technically strong Product Manager to turn complex infrastructure challenges into products with real impact. Working directly with engineering and leadership in a small, highly technical team, you will drive product initiatives from concept through launch and help shape the direction of data infrastructure and AI products. This is a high-ownership role suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and enjoys building from the ground up. The schedule must overlap sufficiently with EST business hours to support effective collaboration. The company builds infrastructure for delivering large-scale web data to companies training AI models. Its work includes supporting Grass, a bandwidth-sharing network that enables a distributed crawler, and developing pipelines to ingest, segment, and annotate billions of videos, transcripts, and audio files for dataset creation. The team is lean, technical, and fast-moving. The role is fully remote and offers competitive salary and benefits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience building and shipping technical products, ideally from scratch or in early-stage environments.
Strong understanding of APIs, infrastructure, data systems, or distributed architectures, and ability to translate technical needs into actionable product requirements.
Experience defining roadmaps and prioritizing work using data, with a record of delivering measurable results.
Work schedule must overlap sufficiently with EST business hours to collaborate effectively with the team.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, data platforms, developer tools, or web-scale technologies.

Responsibilities
