About The Position

As a Product Manager for Acxiom’s data products, you will manage and grow products built around data from Acxiom and external data partners. You will understand partner datasets and determine how they can be incorporated into Acxiom products, working with internal teams and data partners on technical implementation and productization from initial discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. You will own existing partner-led data products and help onboard new data sources by assessing unfamiliar datasets, identifying their value, defining packaging and use, and coordinating availability across the Acxiom ecosystem while meeting technical, privacy, and product standards. This is an individual-contributor role working closely with Data Acquisition, Engineering, Privacy, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other product teams. The position is home-based in Conway, Arkansas. The position is not eligible for any sort of sponsorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management or product development.
• Practical knowledge of data aggregation, modeling, and audience segmentation.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced, proven knowledge of Acxiom products.
• Practical experience in AdTech/MarTech realms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partner-led data products, including product updates, issues, documentation, and ongoing improvements.
• Understand new partner datasets, including their structure, coverage, methodology, strengths, limitations, and potential use cases.
• Define how new data should be productized, including what should be included, how it should be packaged, and how customers or internal teams will use it.
• Translate business and product needs into clear requirements and coordinate implementation across Engineering, Privacy, Data Acquisition, and other teams.
• Manage product launches, customer feedback, and ongoing enhancement, including post-launch assessment and roadmap adjustments.
• Create and communicate internal- and external-facing marketing communications and product collateral.
