About The Position

Anduril’s Data & Operations team combines internal data analytics with operational processes and business systems to make insights actionable. The Product Manager will build and support software products that enable Anduril’s divisions to operate at scale. The role takes a central perspective across divisions: understanding their needs, identifying common patterns, and determining which products to build. The Product Manager will own internal planning, forecasting, and tracking tools, including product direction, the user base, and the path toward a single, trusted view of divisional work. As the portfolio grows, this person will lead the broader set of products built by the Data & Operations team. The role involves decomposing ambiguous operational problems from first principles and coordinating a central engineering team to build and validate solutions. Stakeholders include division operations leads, finance leaders, and executives. The Product Manager will align stakeholders, communicate decisions and progress, manage product rollouts and adoption, and drive projects through transparent milestones and measurable outcomes. The position is full-time in-office.
