About The Position

Sprig is a customer survey platform rebuilt around AI agents. Its platform helps teams design studies, adapt surveys in real time, and turn responses into actionable insights. Sprig serves companies including Microsoft, DoorDash, Notion, Figma, Coinbase, and TripAdvisor and is backed by $85 million from Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, and First Round Capital. The Lead Product Manager, Core owns Sprig’s core survey capabilities and workflows. The scope includes survey creation, advanced logic and question types, distribution through panels, email, and other channels, and enterprise capabilities such as permissions, integrations, and survey management across teams. The role expands what customers can accomplish while making sophisticated workflows intuitive and reliable. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO. The Product Manager partners closely with engineering, design, other product managers, and go-to-market teams, and has meaningful ownership of product decisions. The role requires clear recommendations, constructive challenges to assumptions, and independent progress-driving. It is hybrid, with four days per week in Sprig’s downtown San Francisco office near Montgomery BART.
