The Product Manager defines roadmaps and product requirements, leads discovery, prioritises backlogs, and monitors customer and product outcomes. They work within an agile, OKR-driven environment and contribute design expertise through prototyping, experience definition and Rexlabs Design System contributions where needed. Success includes trusted AI-assisted lease ingestion, safer and more consolidated payment workflows, a smooth transition to the new email communications architecture, and measurable improvements in customer outcomes.
