Product Manager - Agent Trust

Plaid•New York, NY

About The Position

Plaid is hiring a Product Manager to take over Agent Trust, its Know Your Agent (KYA) product. Agent Trust determines whether actions AI agents take on financial accounts can be trusted, building on Plaid’s identity, consent, and risk infrastructure. The role will define how Plaid identifies agents, verifies the people behind them, and evaluates what agents are authorized to do, including connections to portable identity, reusable KYC, and consumer permissions. The Product Manager will set Agent Trust’s vision, strategy, roadmap, and OKRs; determine the product’s offering, target customers, packaging, and pricing; and work with customers and financial institutions on discovery, design partnerships, and go-to-market enablement. The role will also represent Plaid in industry and protocol working groups and collaborate with engineering and data science on product signals, labels, success metrics, and requirements. Plaid builds tools and experiences used by developers and financial services companies. Its Fraud team works to help customers onboard legitimate users and prevent fraud, with products spanning identity verification, monitoring, and fraud intelligence. Plaid’s mission is to unlock financial freedom for everyone, and it encourages applicants whose experience may not fully match every qualification. Plaid is an equal opportunity employer and provides reasonable accommodations during recruiting.
