About The Position

Plaid’s Fraud team builds products that help customers onboard legitimate users and prevent bad actors from causing harm. Its products span the risk lifecycle, including Identity Verification and Monitor for onboarding and compliance, and Protect, a fraud intelligence platform. The team is extending its trusted identity network to AI agents that may open accounts, link accounts, move money, and transfer funds between wallets. The Staff Product Manager will take over Agent Trust, Plaid’s Know Your Agent (KYA) product, which helps determine whether an AI agent’s actions on financial accounts can be trusted. The role will define how Plaid identifies agents, verifies the people behind them, and evaluates their authority, connecting these capabilities to portable identity, reusable KYC, and consumer permissions. The product manager will work with financial institutions, Plaid customers, standards groups, Partnerships, Legal, engineering, and data science to shape and bring the product to market.
