Product Manager - Payments Platform, Vice President

JPMorgan Chase & Co.•New York, NY
•$99,750 - $215,000

About The Position

As a Vice President, Product Manager in Payments, you will lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from shaping and challenging requirements to shipping on time and operating and evolving resilient services in production. You will work across product, engineering, architecture, design, analytics, and risk partners to build scalable, well-controlled capabilities designed for reuse across multiple journeys and partners. This hands-on product leadership role is suited to builder-operators who combine product judgment, technical fluency, operational rigor, and a drive to create lasting change. The role calls for thriving in ambiguity, challenging assumptions, communicating clearly at every level, and moving between API-level details and executive-level discussion. You will own platform strategies and customer journeys, including zero-to-one initiatives, as well as roadmap sequencing, prioritization, trade-offs, dependencies, and agile execution. You will define requirements, KPIs, and success metrics; influence technical design and readiness; support reliable production operations; and drive adoption and partner enablement. You will also lead and coach a small product team and work with risk, controls, legal, compliance, and governance partners to maintain a strong control environment. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. The company cannot provide immigration sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Final job grade level and corporate title will be determined at the time of offer and may differ from this posting.
