About The Position

Nitra is hiring a Product Manager to build payroll, recruiting, and workforce management products for healthcare practices. The role works directly with practice owners and operators to understand their needs, translate customer feedback into product requirements, and partner with engineering and design to deliver solutions that simplify how healthcare businesses pay, hire, and manage their teams. The position involves product discovery, feature development, third-party partner management, and cross-functional work on compliance, launches, and product metrics. Nitra operates under a hybrid work policy: employees work from the office four days per week, with Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day. This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $120,000–$180,000, plus equity and benefits. Compensation within the range depends on work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.
