•$120,000 - $180,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Nitra is seeking a Product Manager to build payroll, recruiting, and workforce management products for healthcare practices. The role works directly with practice owners and operators to understand their needs, turn customer feedback into product requirements, and collaborate with engineering and design to ship solutions that simplify how healthcare businesses pay, hire, and manage their teams. The position involves building payroll features connected to Nitra’s cards, BillPay, and accounting products, as well as developing recruiting and workforce management workflows for clinical and front-desk roles. It also requires coordinating third-party partners and working with compliance and cross-functional teams on employment and payroll requirements across states. Product success is measured through metrics such as activation, payroll adoption, time-to-hire, and shifts filled. Nitra operates a hybrid work policy: team members work from the office four days per week, with Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home day. This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $120,000–$180,000, plus equity and benefits. Compensation varies based on work location and factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
