Verafin - Product Manager (Fraud)

NasdaqToronto, ON
Hybrid

About The Position

We're seeking a talented Product Manager to join our account fraud team. In this role, you'll be our subject matter expert responsible for building and maintaining a product roadmap, holding discovery calls to understand the need of the market and customers. On these calls, you will dig in, peel the onion, and gain a true understanding of the underlying problems they experience so that we can improve the product with effective solutions. Then, you will bring you knowledge to life, building out our fraud prevention products. You will act as the liaison between our customers and our development teams, consistently bringing valuable problems into development days to push our product forward. You will become the expert in the part of the product you are responsible for and will coordinate with other teams like Value Delivery, Sales, CSM, and P-Writers to bring our products to market. Are you naturally curious, love to learn, and search for answers? When faced with a question and you don't have the answer, do you feel compelled to hunt one down? Then being a Product Manager might be for you!
