Job Description As a senior leader in the Fraud Strategy MIST team you will bring a strong mix of leadership, technical acumen, strategy, and vision. You will lead a team of product managers, covering several distinct fraud platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of related experience

Responsibilities

  • Hires and lead an efficient and effective team which meets the needs of Enterprise Fraud Strategy
  • Sets, negotiates, and assures adherence to Agile program vision with a multitude of cross-functional partners
  • Managing and directing overall Product team activities and monitoring progress, including project health, capacity planning, and internal process improvement activity
  • Collaborates with peers and leaders across the Fraud Strategy and some Enterprise to ensure outcomes align with priorities and goals
  • Accountable to create a seamless experience for partners and staff, while driving down issues and improving experiences
  • Engagement with senior leaders, and stakeholders to support products/projects and solution implementations, assure strong controls & communications, weave multiple team/functions together towards those goals and keep focused on things that matter
  • This role requires flexibility, strong communications skills, team building, and an in-depth knowledge of large-scale Agile product, program management, and execution
