About The Position

Concord is seeking a senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Product Manager for an environmental services client. The role owns back-end O2C business processes and requires deep process expertise rather than specialization in a particular platform. The Product Manager bridges business and IT teams, understands how orders become invoices and invoices become cash, identifies process breakdowns, and turns business needs into clear requirements and improvements. The role is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, with on-site work at least three days per week; candidates must be located in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The Product Manager owns the end-to-end O2C process, from order entry and pricing through billing, invoicing, collections, and cash application. They document current- and future-state processes, define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for improvements in a custom ERP environment, partner with technical teams through delivery, validate that changes address business problems, and keep stakeholders informed about initiative status and risks. This is a 12+ month contract. Compensation is $65–$75 per hour on W-2 or $75–$85 per hour C2C, based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in order-to-cash business processes in a product, business process, or business analysis role.
  • Deep, end-to-end understanding of O2C, including order management, pricing, invoicing, credit, collections, cash application, and dispute management.
  • Fluency in O2C terminology and common challenges, such as DSO, billing accuracy, unapplied cash, credit holds, and disputes.
  • Proven experience bridging business and IT teams on back-end process improvements.
  • Experience with an ERP platform, such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or a custom-built system; no specific platform is required.
  • Ability to work on-site in King of Prussia, PA, at least three days per week.
  • Must be located in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
