Product Manager

Carrum Health•,
•$175,000 - $210,000•Remote

About The Position

Carrum Health is hiring a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to own growth experiences that turn awareness of Carrum into members who start and complete an episode of care. The role focuses on consumer-tech marketing experiences, landing pages, and conversion funnels, as well as the employer funnel that converts benefits leaders and consultants into qualified demos. Carrum serves employees whose employers have already purchased the benefit, so the challenge is reaching members when they need specialty care and making the benefit clear and easy to access. The Product Manager will lead a self-contained growth pod of engineers, a designer, and a technical lead, and partner with Marketing, Sales, Care, Clinical, Compliance, and the ML team. The role reports to the Head of Product, who is serving as CPTO in the interim. The position may also support growth of lower-acuity service lines, including self-serve find-and-book experiences and launch funnels. Carrum is remote-first, with occasional travel possible for offsites, client events, or company gatherings. The stated salary range is $175,000–$210,000 depending on geography and experience, plus equity and an annual bonus.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of product management experience; at least 6 years for the Senior Product Manager level.
  • Meaningful experience in growth, acquisition, or activation at a consumer technology company or a consumer-facing product at scale.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a conversion funnel, with the ability to explain baselines, changes, and results using specific metrics.
  • Ability to build working prototypes using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or Lovable, and comfort shipping small production changes with engineering review.
  • Experience shipping high-converting landing pages, onboarding, or sign-up flows, with strong judgment about messaging, hierarchy, friction, and trust signals.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, and attribution tools; understanding of sample sizes, novelty effects, and misleading test results.
  • Ability to query and analyze data using SQL or a BI tool.
  • Experience partnering closely with Marketing and Design and contributing to page reviews.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment, shipping in small increments and working amid ambiguity and an under-built stack.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including crisp specifications and readouts, and credibility with executives, Sales, and clinical partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience shipping transactional find-compare-book, booking, or checkout flows where conversion, price display, and scheduling were central to the product.
  • Experience growing a B2B2C or benefits-mediated product where an employer, health plan, or partner controls access to the end user.
  • Digital health or regulated consumer product experience, including HIPAA, PHI-aware analytics and tracking, or consent-driven marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle email and SMS journeys and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
  • Familiarity with headless CMS, WordPress, or page builders, as well as SEO and website performance fundamentals.
  • Experience shipping LLM-powered features such as personalization, content generation, or conversational intake.
  • Experience partnering with data science or ML teams on targeting, propensity, or recommendation models, and understanding model evaluation measures such as precision, recall, and lift.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve the end-to-end growth funnel for members and employers, defining north-star and stage metrics and being accountable for results.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, campaign destinations, eligibility checks, sign-up flows, employer demo paths, and savings-analysis paths.
  • Establish an experimentation program covering A/B testing, attribution, and analytics hygiene; develop hypotheses, run tests, and communicate findings.
  • Design activation journeys across email, SMS, web, and co-branded partner surfaces in collaboration with Marketing and employer, health plan, and navigation partners.
  • Partner with the ML team to define whom to reach and when, and set a high bar for targeting models.
  • Help launch and scale lower-acuity service lines through self-serve find-and-book experiences, clear pricing, and effective launch funnels.
  • Create a reusable, testable component and content system with Design and Marketing so the Marketing team can launch pages without waiting on engineering.
  • Prototype and ship page, flow, copy, layout, and experiment changes using AI tools, working directly on production changes with engineering review.
  • Work with Clinical and Compliance to ensure growth optimizes for appropriate care and handles protected health information correctly.
  • Lead a growth pod and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Care, and other partners.

Benefits

  • Stock option plan and performance bonus for eligible employees.
