About The Position

Nitra is hiring its first Product Manager dedicated to the supply side of NitraMart. The role owns the systems and workflows that move products from vendors onto the marketplace and into medical practices’ hands, including vendor onboarding and tools, inventory data, shipping and fulfillment rules, returns, catalog data quality, and compliance checks governing purchasing. This is a hands-on product role in a regulated and operationally complex environment. The Product Manager will work closely with an engineering team in Taiwan and US-based Operations, Merchandising, Sales, and Marketing teams. They will own the vendor-tooling roadmap, beginning with an internal product admin portal and expanding toward a self-service external vendor portal. They will build vendor inventory and backorder feeds, define cross-vendor ordering and post-order workflows, improve catalog data, and manage compliance gating. The role also establishes vendor performance measurement and uses the resulting data to inform decisions. The position requires clear written specifications, prioritization with engineering, and coordination across time zones. Nitra has a hybrid work policy: team members work in the office four days per week, with Wednesdays designated as work-from-home days.
