Senior Product Manager, Marketplace

Courtyard Inc.•New York, NY

About The Position

Courtyard is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and grow its Marketplace, making it a first-class part of the platform alongside pack ripping. The role is responsible for defining and executing the Marketplace product strategy and roadmap, with a focus on the needs of both buyers and sellers and on marketplace liquidity, pricing, trust, and discovery. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, marketing, and finance to develop the experience and economics of buying, selling, and trading collectibles. The role encompasses discovery and search; buyer and seller experiences; marketplace economics; and new formats such as auctions, bounties, and trades. The successful candidate will learn the current marketplace, identify high-impact opportunities, ship an initial improvement, build a roadmap, and lead workstreams independently. Courtyard describes its working environment as a small, fast-moving startup where product processes are developed as the company grows, and this role has significant latitude and responsibility. The position is NYC-based with a hybrid expectation and flexibility for remote days. Courtyard offers competitive compensation and meaningful equity.
