About The Position

Curri is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve its Driver App, the core experience powering the supply side of its marketplace. The role is responsible for improving marketplace performance from booking through delivery by building an intuitive, reliable, and scalable driver experience. The product manager owns the Driver App and web carrier portal roadmap end-to-end, covering onboarding and activation, job discovery and acceptance, and in-app delivery workflows. This hands-on product leadership role calls for someone who can navigate operational complexity, bring structure to ambiguity, and partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Operations. The position reports directly to Anh Tran and offers substantial ownership and autonomy, with direct influence on driver engagement, reliability, fill rate, and revenue performance. Curri provides on-demand, last-mile logistics for construction and adjacent industries through a nationwide fleet of cars, trucks, and flatbeds. Founded in 2018 and part of the YC S19 Batch, the company is headquartered in Ventura, California.

Requirements

  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills across Engineering, Design, and Operations.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute across multiple high-impact initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort working in a small, scrappy engineering environment with limited layers of support and daily mobile releases through continuous deployment.
  • Comfort working close to product details, pulling and analyzing data, and investigating workflows as needed.
  • Hands-on use of Figma, AI, and prototyping tools to explore ideas and create quick prototypes before engineering commits.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate decisions, tradeoffs, and outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or improving two-sided marketplace experiences.
  • Background in mobile-first product experiences.
  • Demonstrated upward mobility across previous roles, with increasing scope, ownership, and impact.
  • Experience building products that directly affect marketplace health metrics such as utilization, fill rate, cancellations, and reliability.
  • B2C or B2B2C product experience building for end users who expect a consumer-grade experience.

Responsibilities

  • Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention through product improvements that influence driver behavior.
  • Optimize job discovery, acceptance, and in-app workflows to reduce friction and help drivers find, accept, and complete deliveries more easily.
  • Improve marketplace health metrics, including acceptance rate, cancellation rate, driver utilization, fill rate, and overall reliability.
  • Partner with Operations to understand driver pain points and translate qualitative insights into scalable product solutions.
  • Establish baseline reporting and dashboards for key driver KPIs; use data to identify gaps, measure impact, and prioritize work.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Design on problem definition, solution exploration, and execution details to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Analyze competitors and adjacent marketplaces, including rideshare and gig platforms, to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, fast-moving challenges while balancing short-term improvements with long-term platform scalability.
