About The Position

Traba is building an AI operating layer for the light industrial supply chain. The Senior Product Manager will own and evolve the staffing product at the center of Traba’s marketplace, where product decisions affect supply, demand, fulfillment, customer outcomes, and marketplace health. The role serves both enterprise customers operating distribution centers and manufacturing lines and workers whose trust and reliability are central to the service. The Product Manager will shape staffing and marketplace workflows and partner with software engineers, product designers, data analysts, product managers, operations teams, and field teams. The work includes designing, building, and launching practical solutions for industrial facilities, scaling operational systems, and iterating products across customers, regions, and operating environments. This position reports directly to the VP of Product. The role is based onsite in New York City or San Francisco five days per week. The listed salary range is $180,000 to $210,000, with a competitive equity package.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Evidence of shipping products that materially moved business outcomes.
Strong experience in two-sided marketplaces with real supply and demand dynamics.
Experience building enterprise products for multi-stakeholder customers and complex operational environments.
Experience building internal operational tooling or systems that supported business execution.
Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering teams.
Experience operating in startup environments where speed and ownership matter.
Desire to work at a startup and cover a wide surface area.
Strong work ethic and desire to build a category-defining company.
Customer-focused approach, including spending time on-site with marketplace customers and workers.
Ability to prototype and use AI in day-to-day work, including coding in production repositories and building internal agents.
Understanding of marketplace liquidity, matching systems, incentives, fulfillment, trust, and marketplace health at scale.
Ability to navigate enterprise environments with regional operators, warehouse leadership, procurement processes, and layered customer organizations.
First-principles thinking and ability to understand systems and constraints.
Experience building operational products or internal tools and deeply understanding workflows.
Inventive, scrappy problem-solving; ability to move quickly and work through ambiguity.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder-alignment skills across product, design, engineering, data, operations, sales, customer teams, and leadership.
